About the Role

We’re working with a fast-growing tech start-up that’s building an AI powered analytics platform, and they’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team.

This role sits right between product and engineering, helping turn ideas into clear, actionable tasks that drive real progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with product and tech teams to translate business goals into well defined user stories. 

You’ll keep the backlog organised and priorities clear while creating detailed Jira tickets that give developers the context they need.

You’ll support testing by checking data flows, APIs, and UI features, and make sure everyone stays aligned on scope, progress, and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

You understand how web apps work across front end, back end, APIs, databases, and cloud.

You’re familiar with REST APIs, JSON, and tools like Postman, and you have some experience with SQL and frameworks such as React or TypeScript.

You’re comfortable using Jira, Confluence, and Figma, and you’re great at communicating and documenting clearly. Experience with AWS or serverless environments is a plus.
