Graduate C++ Software Engineer

We’ve partnered with an established business as they look to hire a Graduate C++ Software Engineer into their growing development team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with 0–4 years of experience who wants to build solid engineering foundations, work alongside experienced developers, and progress quickly in a supportive environment.

The role is primarily focused on hands-on C++ development, with the opportunity to broaden your skillset over time and learn additional languages such as Rust and Go as you develop.

What you’ll need

·         Commercial experience with C++ or Rust

·         Comfortable using Git

·         Exposure to working in a Linux environment

·         Experience with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, or similar

·         A genuine interest in learning, improving, and building quality software

What you’ll be doing

·         Writing, improving, and maintaining C++ code

·         Debugging and resolving issues within existing systems

·         Contributing to a collaborative engineering environment

·         Gradually expanding your skills into Rust, Go, and other technologies

·         Learning new tools, technologies, and languages as your role develops
