Client Implementation Manager

Client Implementation Manager | Permanent | Fully Remote (UK Based) | £60,000 to £70,000

Our client is a fast growing AI powered SaaS business operating in regulated global markets. They work with some of the world's largest enterprise organisations and are expanding their implementation function to support continued  international growth.

They are looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of their platform across international markets and complex enterprise environments.
This is a fully remote, permanent role open to UK based candidates only.

The Role
You will lead end to end platform deployments for global enterprise clients, coordinating rollouts across multiple countries and business units. You will work directly with client stakeholders and collaborate closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Operations and Customer Success.

This is a delivery focused role. You will manage multiple implementation programmes simultaneously, define project timelines, manage risks and dependencies and play a key part in building scalable implementation frameworks as the   business continues to grow globally.

What we they are looking for

• 3+ years experience delivering SaaS implementations from a client facing, vendor side perspective

• End to end ownership of enterprise platform deployments 

• Multi country and multi stakeholder project management 

• Experience working in or alongside regulated markets across different geographies 

• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage several programmes simultaneously 

• Advanced Excel Jira and Confluence 

• Strong communication skills across technical and non technical audiences

Nice to have

• Healthcare or Pharma experience 

• AI, analytics or conversation intelligence platform experience 

• Background in consulting, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery 

• Familiarity with GDPR and SaaS data governance 

• Experience supporting global delivery partners and local market rollouts
