About Us

Hiring isn't complicated. It's just often made to feel that way. Strip it back and it's simple: understand what's needed, keep the process transparent & moving, and do right by the people in it.

We work across software, AI and infrastructure, in the UK and US. It's just the two of us, so we work every role together. That's 30 years of combined experience, on your job from the first conversation to the final yes.

Being small doesn't mean you get less, if anything it means you get more from us. Because our name is on the door, we work harder, care more, and treat your reputation like it's our own.

And our name means more to us than you'd think.

Meet our boys

They're Reggie & Cole, and the business carries their names. That does something to how you work. When your kids' name is over the door, you obsess over everything, and you won't sign off on anything you're not proud of.

So we treat people the way we'd want our two treated. We back the causes that matter to us, and we try to leave things a little better than we found them.

Their names are the standard we hold ourselves to - its as simple, and as serious, as that.

Driven

We're either in it fully, or not at all. We take the time to understand you and the task, we're honest about what we can and can't deliver, and we stay on it until it's done. Whatever it takes to get it right.

We want to build something we're proud of. We look after the people we work with, we give back where we can, and we share what we know freely. Whether there's something in it for us or not.

The founders

Between us, we’ve both spent over 30 years in recruitment, working across technology & infrastructure. 

We’ve helped build teams from scratch, supported fast-moving startups as they scale, and worked with larger organisations growing their tech functions.

The work’s changed over time, but the reason we enjoy it hasn’t. Helping people find the right fit and seeing things come together still gives us the same buzz it did at the start.

Off the clock, we're both dog people. Peri's ideal walk somehow always ends in a pub garden with a glass of wine. Shaun's a Derby County season ticket holder - no wonder his favourite saying is "it's the hope that kills you."
