For us, it started with wanting to be around more for our boys. But Reggie & Cole were always going to be about more than family. It’s a promise to make a positive impact & to treat people with respect.
Whether that’s helping someone take the next step in their career, supporting a business to scale, or helping to fundraise for our charity partner. We want the work we do to matter.

The Founders
With over 15 years each in recruitment, we’ve spent our
careers supporting people and businesses across digital, tech, product,
creative, and senior appointments.
We’ve built teams from the ground up, helped fast-moving
startups hire at pace, and scaled corporate tech companies.
Even after all these years, the buzz is still the same as
when we first started.
Outside of work, we’re both dog lovers. For Peri, the
perfect walk ends in a pub garden with a cold glass of vino, while Shaun is a
long-suffering Derby County season ticket holder.
