The business is named after our boys, and with that comes a simple responsibility. To try and do the work properly, treat people with respect, and leave things better than we found them.

Their names are the standard we hold ourselves to.
With over 15 years each in recruitment, we’ve spent our
careers supporting people and businesses across design, product and tech.
Along the way, we’ve built teams from the ground up,
helped fast-moving startups hire at pace, and supported corporate tech
organisations as they scale.
Even after all these years, the buzz is still there, just
as it was when we first started.
Outside of work, we’re both dog lovers. For Peri, the perfect walk ends in a pub garden with a cold glass of vino, while Shaun is a long-suffering Derby County season ticket holder.
