The Role

We're working with a B2B consultancy-led organisation that needs an Interim Digital Marketing Manager to come in, hit the ground running, and make a tangible difference from week one.


There's a backlog to clear, campaigns to get live, and a digital engine that needs activating. They're not looking for someone to strategise from a distance; they need an Interim Digital Marketing Manager who gets things done.


You'll work closely with the Group Head of Marketing across UK, Australian and New Zealand markets, partnering day-to-day with a Marketing Executive to deliver campaigns, content and website activity at pace.

What this Interim role actually involves

This is an execution-first role. You'll be hands-on across paid and organic campaigns, managing HubSpot, running activity through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, writing and refining ad copy, maintaining the CMS, and keeping a content pipeline moving. You'll also be the link between marketing, sales, solutions teams and agencies, which means you need to be as comfortable in a briefing doc as you are in a campaign dashboard.


The scope covers digital campaigns, B2B content creation, website management, reporting and basic SEO. You'll feel right at home if you've come from an agency or a fast-paced in-house B2B role, the pace, ambiguity and variety are very much part of the deal.

What you'll need

  • 3 to 6 years in digital marketing, with strong B2B credentials
  • Hands-on HubSpot and CMS experience: you've used these in anger, not just in theory
  • Working knowledge of paid media, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Confident writing and adapting B2B content and ad copy across buyer stages
  • Experience coordinating with agencies and external partners
  • Comfortable using AI tools to move faster without dropping quality
  • The organisation and proactivity to manage a backlog and keep delivery on track
