Web Developer

This is a hands-on Web Developer role focused on growth, conversion, and measurable impact.

You’ll own CRO initiatives within a high-traffic booking application, testing ideas, shipping quickly, and improving the customer journey where it matters most. If you enjoy working closely with product and seeing your work directly impact key metrics, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deploy CRO experiments
• Work across PHP (Laravel), Blade templates, and Vue.js components
• Implement and validate GA4 / GTM tracking
• Fix conversion-impacting issues and improve booking flows
• Maintain code quality while moving at pace
• Collaborate with product and engineering on experiments and delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Strong PHP and Laravel experience
• Experience with server-rendered applications (Blade)
• Solid Vue.js skills
• Hands-on GA4 / GTM experience
• A product-focused, data-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a growth or experimentation team
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Basic understanding of SEO
