Like building pipeline? Love turning curiosity into conversations?

You want to be the one sparking interest, driving opportunities, and opening doors for a high-growth agency. If that’s you, this could be your next step.

I’m hiring for a fast-scaling B2B marketing agency that’s doubled headcount in the last two years and is still growing at pace. They’ve built a reputation for smart, results-driven work and now they need a Business Development Representative to fuel the next stage of growth.

As a BDR you’ll be at the sharp end of the sales engine: building prospect lists, running creative outbound outreach, jumping on inbound leads, and qualifying opportunities that convert into revenue.

This is a role for someone who loves the chase, thrives on targets, and wants to be a key part of a winning team.

What you’ll bring as a BDR

  • 2–3 years’ business development experience in a B2B marketing agency
  • Understanding of all major marketing channels
  • Engaging communication style with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Highly organised, systematic, and proactive in approach
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sold into the B2B tech sector

What’s on offer for the right Business Development Representative:

  • £30,000–£35,000 base salary (DOE)
  • OTE £40,000–£50,000 with commission
  • 25 days paid annual leave + workplace pension
  • Protected learning time and career development
  • Regular socials and a modern Woking office
  • Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office

You’ll need the right to work in the UK as sponsorship isn’t available.
