We have thought hard about the kind of
business we want to be. Not just the results we deliver, but how we deliver
them. That is why we are starting our journey to become a certified B
Corporation (B Corp). This is not about a certificate on the wall; it is about
inviting scrutiny and asking to be judged on what we do, not just what we say.
Anyone can publish values. What matters is how they show up in everyday
decisions, how people are treated, and how we support the wider community.
What is a B Corp?
B Corp is a global movement of companies
that balance purpose with profit, meeting high standards of social and
environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Certification
looks at the whole business: governance, workers, community, environment, and
customers, not a single product or initiative.
There are thousands of certified B Corps
across many industries and countries. The certification is rigorous by design
because meaningful impact requires more than promises.
Why this matters to us
For clients and candidates:
trust. We work in ways that are fair, transparent, and values led.
For partners and our community:
commitment. We use our time and resources to create a positive ripple effect.
For us: accountability. We hold
ourselves to robust, independent standards and keep improving.
How the standards are evolving
B Lab, the nonprofit behind B Corp, has
introduced updated global standards that set clear requirements across defined
impact topics. These updates aim to make expectations clearer and impact more
measurable, and they will begin phasing in over the coming years.
For context, under the previous model
companies certified by achieving at least 80 points on the B Impact Assessment
and recertified every three years. The intent has always been continuous
improvement rather than a one time pass.
What you can expect from us
We will share our progress openly: what is
working, what is not, and what we are changing as a result. Our focus is to
make policies practical, consider all stakeholders in key decisions, and
support our community in meaningful ways.
This is just the start of our B Corp
journey, and we will keep you posted on the progress and the lessons. If we are
serious about this, the proof will always be in what we do.
