Test Lead - 12 month FTC

Salary: Up to £62,000 (DOE)

Location: Egham, Surrey. (Twice a week in office)

We are seeking a Test Lead with 5+ years’ proven track record in software testing for our client. This role will see you take ownership of testing across multiple projects, guiding teams through execution, strategy, and sign-off, ensuring quality delivery at every stage of the development lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading test teams, defining test strategies, managing execution cycles, and ensuring smooth transitions to live environments. You’ll collaborate across IT, business analysts, development, and application support teams, helping shape quality assurance in a truly Agile-driven organisation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, hands-on testing experience across web, mobile, and API platforms, and the leadership ability to mentor and grow team members while delivering at scale.

Key Technologies & Tools You’ll Be Working With

• Testing: API (Postman, SOAP UI), Cross Browser, Cross Platform, Non-Functional
• Test Management: JIRA, TFS, ALM
• Programming/Databases: C# .NET, HTML, SQL
• Automation (advantageous): Selenium Webdriver, test script creation in C# .NET
