About the role

As a Senior 3D Designer, your primary focus will be developing concepts and delivering best-in-class 3D creative for shopper and retail marketing environments. You’ll be expected to take the lead on projects, shape design thinking, and work closely with internal creative leadership and project management to keep work moving at pace.

You’ll have a solid understanding of structural design across temporary, semi-permanent and permanent formats, with the ability to produce practical, high-quality creative that works in store.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing strong 3D concepts and visual design for in-store retail activity

• Generating multiple creative routes in response to briefs

• Working across retail, brand, category and omnichannel projects where required

• Presenting ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborating closely with project management and creative leadership throughout delivery

• Supporting prototype development, cutter guides and supplier/vendor collaboration when needed

• Managing deadlines and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard

• Building trusted relationships internally and with stakeholders

• Owning your work end-to-end, from brief through to production

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in shopper / retail marketing design

• Confident concept generator with a lateral-thinking approach

• Clear understanding of what works in real retail environments

• Strong knowledge of print, production, repro and digital, including cost awareness

• Solid understanding of artwork and production processes

• Comfortable presenting and engaging in front of stakeholders

• Highly organised, detail-driven and able to manage multiple projects

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D

• Structural design experience across temporary, semi-permanent and permanent formats is highly desirable
