This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping product strategy, owning

- Overseeing digital product implementation as the key product
decision-maker, managing the backlog and keeping teams and clients aligned
throughout delivery.
- Collaborating with product, technology, QA, and design teams
to turn client requirements into robust, user-focused solutions.
- Producing high-quality outputs such as reports, customer
journey maps, roadmaps, and digital deliverables.
- Building long-term client relationships and identifying
opportunities for further work, supporting bids and proposals where needed.
- Supporting continuous improvement, mentoring junior product team members, and using feedback to drive enhancements.
- Staying up to date with product management techniques and the wider digital/tech landscape, contributing this knowledge into client engagements and internal development.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in business, IT, or equivalent commercial experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management and Delivery,
ideally within digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of product management, agile delivery,
and engineering/architecture principles.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation
through to launch in a project-based environment.
- Proven ability to define and manage product backlogs and
roadmaps aligned to business and user needs.
- Skilled in managing demand pipelines, negotiating scope and
timelines, and handling a range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing contracts, scope, and commercial
performance of projects.
- Able to support tenders/bids and identify potential new
opportunities.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation
skills, with the ability to influence.
- Passionate about product management and ongoing professional development.
